    -30 days for returns

    -Shoes must not be worn and in original condition with box or bag

    -Pointe Shoes can not be exchanged if ribbons and elastic were sewn in. Must be in clean condition, and not modified

    -Tights are non-refundable

    -Apparel are returnable, unworn and hangtags are on garment acceptable for return

    -Shipping cost are non refundable

    -Returns are at the cost of the consumer

    -Defective items, 6 months after purchase will be inspected and credit issue. Replacement issued, or Store Credit
