With a passion for dance, Virginia Beach resident since 1977, and a graduate from Cox H/S in 79, danced locally with Tidewater Civic Ballet under the Artistic Director, Gene Hammett. Continue dance education at Joffery Ballet and School Of American Ballet in NYC for summer intensives and then secured a position with Capezio Dance Theatre Shoppe at Wards Corner in 1981. After 6 years working in retail, established Jete' Dancewear in the Pembroke area and then moved to our current location, Holland Plaza S/C in 2011 to accommodate the expanding demograhics in Virginia Beach. Our expertise is in fitting Pointe Shoes, since they need to fitted correctly, we pay close attention to details to each dancer specifications and individual needs. Our staff takes pride in providing quality service in a friendly atmosphere.
We offer great prices, competitive to online prices, and the knowledge of what each dance studios requirements are.
